Essintial℠ announced today its contribution to and participation in the 2014 Annual Service Industry Summit, March 30 – April 1 in Las Vegas, NV. The company is sponsoring Doug Tatum, Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board of Directors of the Newport Board Group, to open the Summit, which will be followed by Essintial CEO, Tom York, leading a panel discussion about business reinvention. “The SIA and this annual conference are critical to creating and sharing thought leadership and best practices among service and support leaders,” stated Mr. York. “Investing in Doug and addressing key topics that are relevant to our members and the industry is the important role that the association has and continues to play. I take personal responsibility for the organization’s success and persistence in creating such an environment.”
Mr. Tatum will kick-off the event with his thoughts about the economy, business, and mid-market growth companies that have been cited in hundreds of media outlets and in his book, ‘No Man’s Land’. Mr. York will then participate in a discussion with other industry leaders around how Independent Service Organization (ISO) leaders have transitioned and expanded their organizations and services to remain viable and relevant in the competitive arena of IT support.
