Essintial℠ Receives Northrop Grumman Supplier Excellence Award

Essintial℠ announced that it has received a 2012 Supplier Excellence Award from Northrop Grumman Information Systems. Northrop Grumman Information Systems issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved outstanding performance.

The Supplier Excellence Awards recognize outstanding suppliers who help bring superior value to Northrop Grumman and its government and commercial customers. The selected suppliers met the highest criteria for schedule, management performance and responsiveness, technical performance, financial performance and mission assurance.

Doug Reece, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Mark Mastro, Vice President of Business Management, received the award on behalf of Essintial at the Supplier Excellence Awards Ceremony held in Chantilly, VA

Volumatic & Essintial℠ Deal Signifies Big Ramp Up in USA

Today Volumatic announced its new partnership with Essintial Enterprise Solutions℠ to support its fast growing customer base of cash processing products and solutions in North America. The services Essintial℠ will provide to Volumatic include customer support, depot repair, warranty chain management, warehousing and distribution, field service and critical inventory management.

The timing of the deal is significant as Volumatic is dramatically ramping up its operations.

“We started looking for a service provider several months ago, with two distinct objectives”, says Mike Cowling VP Sales North America at Volumatic. “First we wanted a partner that could support our well established product range such as CounterCache™ units CountEasy™ and MultiCount™ currency scales, along with warehousing and order dispatches. Second, we were looking to the future and the rapid growth of our intelligent cash processing solutions throughout the USA. Some customers for these innovative solutions require installation, commissioning and occasionally on-site assistance, as well as the usual remote services available by phone or internet. Essintial℠ Assists Superstorm Sandy Victims

In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Essintial℠ is helping to bring some joy to the many children and families that were devastated by the storm. These families have lost their computers, televisions, iPods, gaming systems, etc.

Essintial is partnering with other IT vendors, and a local relief charity based in NY, to donate 29 laptop computers, 40 desktop computers, and 27 monitors to families in the Long Island, NY area that have been affected by Hurricane Sandy. If you have appropriate like-new IT equipment you can donate to these children, please send them to the address below.
