Craig Heck, General Manager

A member of portrait-heckone of Essintial’s founding companies since 1994, Craig Heck manages all of Essintial’s customer-facing operations and efforts, including the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Managed WorkForce™. In this role, Craig is responsible for the entire client experience, from the time a new customer contract is signed throughout the lifetime of the relationship. Craig began his career in logistics and distribution, working at DuPont and FedEx before he joined Essintial.


 

Tom Clauser, Vice President of Business Intelligence and Solutions

portrait-clauserAn expert with 15 years of experience in analytics, field service management, and consultative sales, Tom Clauser uses his expertise and technological proficiency to lead a team of Business Intelligence subject matter experts. The group develops tools and processes to analyze internal and client performance, and design tailored solutions to prospective clients. Under his leadership, Essintial has adopted Business Intelligence best practices to ensure service quality excellence across services and operations. Prior to joining Essintial, Tom worked at HP, EDS, and MCI-WorldCom in highly technical roles.

 


 

Dale Drendall, Chief Financial Officer

Responsibleportrait-drendall for budget management, financial reporting, financial planning, and treasury, Dale Drendall has more than 20 years of finance experience. He works operationally and strategically with the management team and the entire organization to align fiscal objectives and requirements to plan. Dale spent several years as a controller in the manufacturing and service industries prior to joining Essintial. Dale earned his BS in Accounting from King’s College.


 

Greg Lorenzen, Vice President of Business Development

portrait-lorenzenGreg brings to Essintial more than 25 years of Information Technology and (IT) Logistics/Operations expertise. At Essintial, Greg applies his extensive sales and operations experience to drive the company’s sales engine and implement consistent sales processes to acquire new customers, deliver enterprise-scale solutions and strategically manage accounts, capitalizing on Essintial’s current forward momentum. Greg is an IT Services industry veteran with more than two decades of sales and operations management experience. Prior to joining Essintial, he was the founder and CEO of BPOptimization, a business process and small business consulting firm focused on back-office, finance and operational redesign for companies. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years at Pomeroy in several leadership roles for the company.


 

Jerry Hooks, Chief Information Officer

portrait-hooksJerry Hooks employs his more than 30 years of information technology and technical support expertise to plan, develop, and implement all of Essintial’s technology efforts and innovations internally and for clients. He applies his in-depth industry expertise to improve and recommend new applications to Essintial’s systems and solutions. Before joining Essintial in 2010, Jerry held executive positions at The Disney Company, WorldCom, AIW, and Intelliverse. Jerry also has significant M&A experience, specifically with information technology assessments, integration, and cost management. Jerry earned his Business Management Certificate from the Rollins College Crummer School of Business.
