Robert Kolb, President & CFO

Robert is a strategic and financial executive who brings extensive experience in process improvement, change management, strategic forecasting and planning, and organizational development. As Essintial’s President and Chief Financial Officer, Robert oversees the development and execution of the company’s financial, operational, and strategic goals. Prior to Essintial, Robert was a Managing Director of a national management consulting firm where he focused on providing interim management, transaction advisory, and process improvement services.

Craig Heck, COO

A member of one of Essintial’s founding companies since 1994, Craig Heck manages all of Essintial’s customer-facing operations and efforts, including the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Managed WorkForce®. In this role, Craig is responsible for the entire client experience, from the time a new customer contract is signed throughout the lifetime of the relationship. Craig began his career in logistics and distribution, working at DuPont and FedEx before he joined Essintial℠.

Thomas Clauser, CTO

An expert with 15 years of experience in analytics, field service management, and consultative sales, Tom uses his expertise and technological proficiency to lead a team of business intelligence, software development, IT infrastructure, and process subject matter experts. The group develops tools and processes to analyze internal and client performance, and design tailored solutions to prospective clients. Under his leadership, Essintial has adopted business intelligence best practices to ensure service quality excellence across services and operations. Prior to joining Essintial, Tom worked at HP, EDS, and MCI-WorldCom in highly technical roles.

Greg Lorenzen, CSO

Greg brings to Essintial℠ more than 25 years of Information Technology and (IT) Logistics/Operations expertise. At Essintial, Greg applies his extensive sales and operations experience to drive the company’s sales engine while implementing consistent sales processes in order to acquire new customers, deliver enterprise-scale solutions and strategically manage accounts, capitalizing on Essintial’s forward momentum. Prior to joining Essintial, he was the founder of BPOptimization, a business process and small business consulting firm, and spent 20 years at Pomeroy in several leadership roles.
