Ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the Project Management Office, clients, vendors, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction. Also responsible for the overall growth of the account(s) for which they have responsibility. This person will build client satisfaction through responding to client requirements as specified in the contract or Statement of Work (SOW). Work with the delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regard to assigned Essintial operations.
Project Coordinator (PC)
This position will be directly be involved with the full life cycle of a work order. This includes, but is not limited to, creating project rollout schedules using mapping software, and prepping field resources, answering phones, working emails, managing all project touchpoints, collecting & approving deliverables and readying work orders for customer billing. PCs are required to know the details of the project scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements and also provide information to the project manager and team on a regular basis. PCs have direct and high visibility interaction with both customers and technicians, with little room for error.
Managed Workforce Coordinator/Source Agent
The responsibilities for this position will include opening service calls and locating technicians to dispatch for service events. Must be willing to assign cases to technicians in an effort to meet the customer Service Level Agreement. You will be required to negotiate hourly rates for technicians, monitor the entered queue for new work orders throughout the day, have the ability to handle difficult customers and circumstances effectively, and navigate and open calls on external customer systems. Agents are expected to meet predetermined goals of phone calls/e-mails per day, take day-to-day direction from Team Leads, and must be willing to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude.
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Our CSR’s are the lifeline of our company operations. Representatives are tasked with closing, updating, and creating tickets in multiple different systems and PC’s. Opens and verifies coverage on incoming service events, provide timely, quality resolutions to service events. Additionally, CSR’s answer incoming calls, enter data into computer databases, and use internal tools and spreadsheets to locate technicians to dispatch for service events.
